Terms and Conditions.


Booking Fee

A deposit of £150 is required on booking. This deposit will reserve your date and will be deducted from the final package price. Only when has this deposit been received will your date be secure.
A full 14 day unconditional refund policy exists from date of receipt. After this date all deposits are non refundable.

Booking Form
A
booking form is requested to be completed when making the original deposit.

Payments
Final balances must be paid no later than four weeks prior to the Wedding date. If you would like to arrange payment in three installments, all still to be completed no later than four weeks prior, this can be requested on the booking form. If payment is not cleared by this date then the booking will be cancelled and the date made available to others.

Requested photographs
With your booking form you will also receive a photo request form. This is to give an indication of which shots you would like and which are most important to you. This will also be discussed in detail during your consultation. Whilst every effort is made to capture all shots requested, no shot can be gaurenteed. The photographer cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions, allocated time provisions or co-operation of person(s) involved.


Copyright
All images produced remain the coyright of Haywood-Jones Photography. It is a criminal offence to make copies of any image under the terms of the COPYRIGHT, DESIGNS and PATENTS ACTS 1988.

Additional Albums, Prints and Books.
All images are retained by Haywood-Jones Photography permenantley. If at any point you would like to reorder any albums, photobooks or prints, just contact us and we will arrange this for you.


Every care is taken whilst photographing and digitally processing your wedding day using the highest standard professional methods. However, technology sometimes lets us down. In the extremely unlikey event of total photographic failure, Haywood-Jones Photography liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not effected.
